Sgt. Otnot was the personal assistant to the Trynser City Municipal Force (Uphill Ward) Watch Chief Dubrí Oché beginning in 1737. The two had worked together for several years before then, but it wasn't until Oché was promoted that the Thalosian Otnot was officially recognized.
